Am I pregnant?

I forgot to put my injection last month, and this past weekend I had sex with my boyfriend. Also on September 30th I think my period, was red and I had cramps, after that day I didn't have anything. Until this past Sunday and I already on my period. In the towel I see brown but also when I go to bathroom I see dark red. What do you think ?
