Late period

I’m officially 14 days late of my period. September 5th had unprotected sex and took a take action pill the next day. September 16th had to take a urine test because I was having surgery that day. That came back negative. Took a pregnancy test on the 5th and 6th of October and those were negative as well. Is there a chance I am just late due to surgery, the pill, and stress? Having no symptoms of either pregnancy or period. We really don’t have plans to have another child so stressing just a tad bit about it.
