My baby is 4 weeks old. I was told yesterday to try exclusively pumping and supplementing for a little bit because she is underweight so I haven't really pumped much other than yesterday. But I am starting to think it is just a pump issue because I just used my manual pump and got this after trying to use my Motif pump and getting what was pictured in the original post.

Do your breasts feel full? Or do you feel like you’ve effectively emptied them? if you can hand express and more comes out, it’s probably a pump issue. Did you size your pump parts correctly?
