Advice on taking medication

So I understand how to take my medicine.

I got prescribe Metronidazole for my BV. I’m suppose to take 2 pill one in the morning and one at night. Since I literally got my medication. Which the cvs told me it will be ready 5:33pm and it’s now 7:35pm can I start one tonight or wait until tomorrow?

I have to take 1 pill oral 2 time per day for 7 days (1 pill each am and pm)
