Do the membrane sweep or no?

I’m 39 weeks today, appointment tomorrow. They offered to do a membrane sweep last week and I declined, but I absolutely can’t decide whether or not I want to do one tomorrow😅 I am definitely ready to have her, we are ready in terms of we have all the stuff we need but our house isn’t quite ready from remodeling. We aren’t getting the flooring into our son’s new room until Saturday, still have to paint too. Our daughter will be in our room and that’s fully ready to go but her stuff is still folded in totes, I can’t transfer clothes into a dresser or closet until we get our son switched to his room and his stuff into that room.

I’m thinking yes because I am so tired of being pregnant and feeling sick all the time, and this pressure and cramping is driving me insane.

I’m thinking no because if it doesn’t work I have a feeling I’ll be more crampy and feel worse until she comes.

I did have one with my son and he came within the week at 39+3, but I’m not sure if that was due to the sweep or not.

My husband has been ready for her to come for the past week because he’s more impatient than I am but he’s not helping me with this😂 “whatever you want to do babe” is all I get when I ask for his opinion.
