Relationship with food
I have a really bad relationship with food and I just don’t know why. I’m the heaviest weight I’ve been my whole life and I’m not huge, but I can tell I’m gaining weight. I just can’t stop eating. I snack all day long, and it never healthy snacks. I feel like I always need to be eating something. I tell my self that Im going to cut back and eat healthier and then I find myself not being able to resist eating a lot. And it’s hard because I live with other people who buy food for everyone and it’s always an option for me to eat it. What tips do you guys have to resist constant eating? It’s like I don’t know when I’m not hungry and just bored.
