8-9 Multiple follicle + trigger shot = multiple baby ???

Question

I’m on my IUI cycle and my follicle scan shows about 8-9 follicle that is big enough to ovulate ( over 18mm-20mm) (I’m on gonal f , Manipur, cetrotide ) By the time I do trigger shot Is that mean I will end up with multiple? I’m completely okay with multi pregnancy I know it’s stupid question but I just want to clear out before I do trigger shot next week I honestly want twin..! because it will be my last pregnancy…

I’m just starting the process but my clinic will cancel my cycle and make me sign a paper saying I won’t have sex if there’s more than 2. High order multiples (more than two babies) is a super high risk pregnancy and I’m not about that life lol. but also normally that combination of meds is for IVF not IUI in which case you would want a lot of eggs for an egg retrieval? So I don’t know.

It’s very likely you could end up with multiples. My clinic wouldn’t continue with an IUI cycle if we had more than 3 dominant follicles.
