Hey mommas! I’m 21 weeks today (22 tomorrow). I got some pain in one of my breasts so I was messaging it to alleviate the pain. A very small amount of liquid came out and it looks to be colostrum. (The yellow gold color.) I know it’s not recommended to hand express and collect until much later due to it can cause uterine contractions. Have any of you experienced this? I feel like to alleviate the pain I should be able to massage, I just don’t want to be expelling colostrum if I can’t collect yet but I also wanna start collecting since my body is letting it out slowly. Thoughts?
