Help me please please

I shoot trigger shot on 3 oct 12 days ago and then I started brownish spoting then after 6,7 days for one day I bleed after urine now it’s post trigger shoot 12 days i feel pain in my right leg and heavier doc did altrasound and blood said they said they find HCG 59.50 then again next day ultrasound and find a blood clot and recommend again blood test am trying from 6 months please pray for me I test on post 5 days of trigger faint positive on 9 day again faint positive and today on 12 day again faint positive can anyone help me am pregnant
