Seeing if anyone else has a similar experience?

My LMP was August 22nd. I typically have regular periods and cycles but for some reason that cycle I ovulated over a week later than expected. Got my positive test on September 25th and they’ve been processing since to the point they are now dye stealers.

I scheduled my first appointment which was Tuesday the 11th as they had me at 7w1d based off my LMP. We did the ultrasound and she found the gestational sac and yolk and fetal pole was measuring 5w6d which aligns exactly with my late ovulation but there was no heart beat at the time. She checked my hcg which was 10,018. I went back in today where I would be 6w1d for a redraw and my levels only came back 12,078. They’re nowhere near doubled. Anyone with similar experience and a positive outcome? I got my results late so I haven’t heard from my OB yet and my next ultrasound isn’t until next Friday.
