Can some of you moms that experienced a missed miscarriage tell me the process of this? I’m honestly scared this never happened before . Went for my first ultrasound yesterday I was around 10 weeks. They didn’t see a baby only the sac and fetal pole so the doc confirmed that and she also gave me 3 options to either let it happen naturally , take pills or to have a DC surgery I believe that’s the name ! Y’all I’m scared she said that if huge size blood clots or me passing out happens to go to ER her saying that didn’t help but I know she’s doing her job . Can someone just tell me what happened if you experience this . You can message as well I just need more insight on what I’m dealing with. As of now I’m still having pregnancy symptoms, still no bleeding but I’m now having light cramps.
