I was at the super market today waiting online behind this woman who had three young kids. The oldest one was being bad, whining and complaining, he looked maybe 5? Maybe 4?

Anyway, she was telling him it’s okay we’re almost done we’re almost going home, and he wouldn’t stop and he started crying and yelling, and she kept saying it’s ok we’re almost done, we’re almost done, we’re going home soon

She said to him “stop right now or I’m going to take you to the dentist.” He looked really scared and said something I couldn’t really hear him he was kind of mumbling but I gather from the conversation he doesn’t like like the dentist

Isn’t this terrible? I don’t have kids but I know for sure I would not threaten them like that. The women shouldn’t have brought all her kids to the store if she can’t handle them without getting stressed.
