I have a question. I scheduled an appnt for my dr I work for bc last couple months I’ve just been gaining weight like nothing & I have no idea why. Anyways, I told her I have PCOS so she sent me off to go do some labs and such (still waiting for results). Well while we wait, she put me on Metformin.

Did this help anybody with their pcos ? What all side effects did it give y’all ? Pros ? Cons ? I’m just trying to figure out what all the benefits of taking it is.
