Tampon Question!

I usually have a heavy-ish flow. I previously used ‘super’ tampons but I would sometimes leak.. then I moved to super plus. Now that I’ve been using super plus, my flow isn’t as heavy these past few months. I find when I’m pulling the tampon out, it’s hurting. VERY rarely the super plus tampon comes out fully absorbed, should I switch back to super?
