Spotting after period

I was 3 days late to my period and thought i was pregnant . I took a test and was negative , i than started my period the next day and had my normal period. Now 3 days after my period i am Light bleeding to were i need to wear a light pad . I’m having cramps and dizziness. I always spot the day after my period but not for this long . Or the dizziness. Any ideas of what’s going on?

We are ttc and had int. The day before my period started .
