Do you share your discomfort or do you stay quiet?
What’s your opinion on sharing your discomfort with your partner?
Like if you are suffering from sickness, pregnancy pains, upset at yourself for being forgetful, have a stressful day, ect do you keep all that silent and inside your own head or do you verbally voice them out loud?
I ask because I seem to have to always verbally voice my discomforts and then I apologize for complaining even if it wasn’t in a complaining type of way.
My husband gets stressed out if he can’t fix my problem but I just wanted to voice my discomfort and then I myself, do something about them but it seems like I shouldn’t do that? I totally get nobody wants to hear someone complaining all the time but I feel like that’s not what I’m doing at all but idk.
