EXTREMELY TRIGGERED

So last night I got no sleep 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m not to happy about this as I have a 6am-4pm job today, I’m so tired but just simply couldn’t get my brain to shut up and sleep, not to mention I just kept tossing and turning and EVERY TIME my bf would move in his sleep it would make it so much harder for me to fall asleep, I’m only 25 weeks and I love my sleep so I was wondering if there are any safe ways of making myself sleep I’ve tried pillows and everything but nothing worked 🤦🏼‍♀️
