Around 15 weeks my doctor told me that my levels were a bit elevated and it was nothing serious but she wanted to make sure to lower them a bit. So she told me she was going to put me on levothyroxine. I went home that day and never remembered to take my medicine but only a hand full of times 😫 when they checked my blood, they told me my thyroid levels looked good and it had went down. My thing is, how did this happen without medication????
