So I know many things can cause a late period but I am absolutely like clock work, nothing in my life has changed I’m in a same sex relationship. Last month and the month before I had sperm donations as me and my partner was trying for a baby, the first month it didn’t work and the second month (last month) I also had a period, I’ve done several pregnancy tests and they are ALL negative but I’ve been feeling so sick my boobs are so sore and I’ve missed my period this month I really don’t understand, is it possible I could be pregnant? Something more sinister? I don’t understand. Please help
