8 DPO discharge

watery with bits of creamy white CM since 4dpo. It feels like I always peed my underwear. Which is not normal to me because usually at this point, I feel dry.

bearable twinges since 4dpo. but around 5-6dpo, I felt a painful pang on my left pelvic area.

Super gassy! Lower back pain. Little to no appetite. A little sensitive to smell.

I feel restlessness, sore nipples (maybe because I'm still breastfeeding my 3yr old son but the soreness and sensitiveness is a bit on a higher lever), mood swings, very sleepy.

Been peeing more that my usual. sometimes, It's just a feeling that I need to pee.

my lower abdomen feels a bit hard. Usually it's very soft because of the fats I gained when I'm pregnant to my 1st child.

Do anyone here have the same symptoms and ended up pregnant? please share.
