Has anyone experienced being dilated to 1 at 30 weeks? Period like cramping, and stomach tightening? My hospital is a little over a hour away but my Braxton hicks aren’t to close together but definitely uncomfortable when they occur.

I’m not sure if I should make the drive or just continue to keep an eye on them. When I call I’m only ever told to lay on my left side or take a warm bath.. the hospital close to us (15 mins away) I do NOT trust having my son there! They are not set up for birthing.

Opinions? Tips? Am I overreacting?
