PTSD help

I habe been formally diagnosed with PTSD from being with my ex husband.

I was with hik for a long time and a hell of a lot of not very nice things went on.

When me and my oartner begian TTC I had to stop taking s lot of my medication because of side effects, so I did. We have a 1 month old daughter now, she is completely fine.

I habe since began taking my tablets again, I am having more vivid dreams than ever before. I have been extra shakey and more and more panicky.

My partner will not lay a finger on me, he adores me and my children he is a great steo father and a great father.
