So confused prayers please peanut stick 🙏🏼

Went to docs today to confirm pregnancy they said small sac was seen and fluid in my uterus I’m high risk suffer from miscarriages and ectopic she wants me come back next week for bw to make sure my levels is going up not down I should be around 6wks 5 days today. Anyone ever have this in early pregnancy is it cause I’m early.
