Is this flange size to small for my nipple? I’ve measured my nipple and it has always been 13mm so I thought maybe 19 or 21mm flanges would be good. I’m using 24mm and my nipple rubs on the side as you can see.. so I use 28mm? Idk

Nope it looks like you have elastic nipples. If you keep going higher you might risk damage to your Areola. I think you should go down to 21 actually. But hopefully other pumping moms can chime in too!

It’s easier to tell proper fit when you see aereola to see how it fits with the flange. If you have wrong size you won’t get as much milk. So if they still feel not emptied fully after a pumping session it could mean that ring size

This is too large. If you measure 13mm you don't need something so much bigger. You should check out the small flange set that pumpin'pal sells. They have adaptors for lots of different pump brands I loved this set and found one that fit perfectly for me.
