I am currently dealing with a round of thrush on myself and my LO 😭.

She’s on medication do breastfeed she is about 8 weeks old. I am keeping up with feeding her but it is painful while I’m going through these symptoms on my nipples. And with her being in some pain I feel like it’s causing some engorgement.. should I pump after to ensure she empties?

Has anyone experienced loosing or noticing drop in supply as this is the only thing that concerns me
