I went to my scan and consultant appointment yesterday they have told me baby is maternal right breech. (Baby is bottom down with legs over head) I’m 33 weeks, my consultant wants to offer a ecv at 36 weeks if baby is still breech do I have to accept this or can I decline?

At this appointment they also informed me my bp was 132/83 which keeps going up from my appointments previously and they have found protein and leukocytes in my urine however nothing was explained when I asked what this meant… does anyone have any ideas?
