Panic attacks/Anxiety
Coming up to 18 weeks and have started to get panic attacks/anxiety attacks, then I worry more that its bad for the baby feels like am stuck in a circle! Is anyone else experiencing this or something similar. (I have also informed my midwife) I’m also a ftm.
