My almost 5 month old got her four month vaccines and I noticed the next night she had a 101.5 fever. Gave her Tylenol and figured it was the vaccines. She continued to have a 100.5-100.7 fever (rectal) for a week so we brought her in and her pediatrician found an ear infection. We are now on day 9 of antibiotics and her temp is still hovering around 100.5 rectal on and off. I did call them on Monday and they said the fact that she still had a fever was fine but it’s now Friday! I think she’s also cutting two bottom teeth. I’m waiting on a call back from the pediatrician but would you blame this on the ear infection or teething? I know the fever is low but I’m a worried first time mom 😅
