Is it normal for your partner to not acknowledge you when you’re crying?

I’m sick of him and his hurtful words and now that I’m pregnant I just cry and cry and cry he won’t even look at me. Except yesterday I guess he told me to go cry somewhere else. I’ve been in bed crying all day today he came home didn’t even look at my the grabbed some stuff and left. Maybe I’m just dramatic maybe I’m just a damn cry baby. How does your partner respond when they have made you cry?

It happens but doesn’t mean it’s acceptable or normal. You’d expect from a loving partner that he would be there for you when you are upset or in need or at least care enough to find out what bothering you.

Everyone is different hun so try not to take it personally x my partner is not good with crying or basically emotions 🥴 It was always considered not “manly” in his family, so he will never comfort me in those kinds of situations because it actually makes him super uncomfortable. Also those pregnancy hormones are so random 🙃
