I feel like the worst mother…

My 3 month old fell of his swing but it’s less than a foot high and he screamed for like a second and I picked him up he stopped crying and has acted like nothing happened. No bumps on his head or bruises on his back , im just scared because of my dumba** he is hurt. Has anyone had this happen to there babies? They said to observe him for the next 24 hrs for any symptoms so far he is doing good and sleeping well also eating good.
