Can getting foot massages really cause labor?

I’m almost 34 weeks. I’ve had two prenatal massages this month and they haven’t touched my feet once. Or my hands. The lady today said it could cause labor? I’ve never heard of that. Is this true?

There are certain pressure points in the feet that are said to bring on labour. I went and did acupressure with my first born and I still went over by a week.

it's fine to get you feet massaged especially if thay are sore and swollen

If you look into foot reflexology they believe it can. 
Whether or not that's true, idk. 
I got my feet massaged when I was like 38 almost 39 weeks.... it didn't put me in labor

Yes, they can! I got a pedicure when I was 40 week and she tried to help me induce labor my pressing on all the right pressure points, but unfortunately it was unsuccessful.

I think that's one of the reasons some say to avoid pedicures.
