Pregnant or not

Can anyone explain this? My lab results if my HCG were @5 MIU/ML. I got the results today my dr is closed and go for repeat labs Monday. Does this mean I am or not pregnant I would be very early. I was seeing a Fertility dr and did a trigger shot on 10/9 to trigger ovulation. Anyone been through this? Thanks
