Has anyone else had a sub chorionic bleed at 8 weeks and 3 days and everything been fine I found out today I had one and just started bleeding but it’s stringy and only when I wipe is this normal?
I had one around the same time with my rainbow baby. She's 4 now and I've not had one in the 2 full subsequent pregnancies. No issues were caused by it. And unlike the previous poster, I didn't even get more than a quick urgent OB visit during the bleeding for a scan and no follow up scans or visits. I filled up several pads while sitting in the waiting room to be seen.
Yes, I’ve had three this pregnancy, currently at 22wks and things are going well. I bled from week 7-16. Definitely keep your doctor in the loop especially if bleeding increases. I was monitored about every 2wks until the bleeding resolved. They are very common, but obviously bleeding in pregnancy is never normal so it is something to discuss with your provider. Hope you get some answers.
