Daughter smells bad
My daughter has had pretty bad B.O for the past year (she’s 11) even with daily showers and the clinical strength deodorant. She said some girl at school even asked her how often she showers. I wash her clothing separately from her brothers’ clothes and I make sure that I always use the scent beads on hers and the Lysol sanitizer additive. The only thing I could think of extra is that maybe a body spray would help, so I bought her 3 pretty sprays from Bath & Body Works but she won’t use them. She will in the morning before school but she refuses to carry a purse, even when she is on her period because “no one else uses a purse.” I told her once the other girls start their periods they will. But she really needs to take one I think for her pads and body spray etc. Anyway what else can I do? Her BO doesn’t smell like regular BO it honestly smells like she isn’t washing her privates. I’m not being mean I’m just saying. She says she washes everything but does she need to go to the doctor? Is there anything else I can do to help her? She gets plenty of water, my kids are only allowed water, milk, tea and orange juice. They can have a coke at a birthday party or something though but I don’t know what else I can do about this. Her room even doesn’t smell fresh. And I hate that kids at school have noticed. :(
