Infertility for 4 years

Hello all,

So my husband and I have been trying for 4 years, with the “if it happens, it happens” attitude. I’ve been cleared by my doctor that everything checks out fine, my cycles are 28 days, periods are regular if anything may be a day off, and my fertile days line up with the app as well. He on the other hand has a low sperm count and hasn’t done any further testing such as the testing the veins on testicles (suggested by my gynecologist). I am 36 & have a son who is 13 from a previous relationship, and wondering if I should just give up, or if we should try another option. I’ve done the ovulation tests monthly, tracking cm, took clomid, & nothing really seems to work. I’m honestly defeated and bummed at this point. If there’s anything that has worked for your husband’s or significant others that you suggest, I’d gladly try one of those or see if it’s an option. But honestly this last negative pregnancy test has made me wish menopause would start so trying for a baby wouldn’t even be an option anymore.
