Need help
My daughter just turned 1 and is a terrible sleeper ever since 6 month old. We have tried everything under the sun to help her sleep…. NOTHING has worked… is it okay for her to sleep with a thin memory foam pillow? We have a memory foam pillow she drinks her milk on and it’s nice and sturdy, not flimsy and it’s only 2.6 inches “thick” (it’s super thin) she sleeps in a giant playpen with a mattress, pacifiers and her favorite blanket. She usually wakes up anywhere from 3-4 times a night sometimes when it’s bad, she wakes up more and sometimes when it’s horrible, she’s up every hour. Usually, I just go in her room and give her a pacifier and lay her down and she goes back to sleep but then she’s up again shortly after. We give her a bottle once throughout the night but she’ll only drink 2-4 oz so I don’t think she’s hungry… I’m not sure what to do…. I can sleep with her in the playpen but my body is so tired, I’m 6 months pregnant and I’m trying to help her out as much as I can and I feel like a horrible mom… we’ve tried strict routines before bed, different type of feedings, tried to wear her out before bed, tried to not stimulate her anymore than she is before bed and I’m not sure what else to do. I’ve attached the pic of the exact pillow she fell asleep on. Please don’t hate on me for asking, I’d never put my child in danger and I’m just trying to get any help or tips available…. Anything is appreciated.
