Just wondering if this was correct or if my job is being desperate.

My entire household tested positive for covid this weekend that I was in contact with. It’s only monday and im fine only a slight headache but I could very much be in an incubation period rn, but I asked my job what I should do and they said to come in. Shouldn’t they require me to test first? idk maybe im wrong but these jobs really do not give af. and btw this is a healthcare job! lol.
