Leaking Breasts

Anyone else leaking ALL DAY LONG? What is your best solution you’ve found so far? I’m so tired of feeling damp all the time and soaking up multiple disposable pads a day.

This morning I was so annoyed I laid towels down on the bed so that I could nap without a bra and pads on. When baby woke up from his nap dad got him and while he was getting a diaper change my left breast started literally spraying 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am so thankful to be able to supply for my baby. But I’m obviously wasting/losing a lot from all the leaking and it is very frustrating
