Brown spotting and small clot???

I’ve been having brown spotting for almost 2 weeks but have passed 1 clot about the size of a dime. Has anyone every experienced this and had everything be okay?? I’m super concerned I’m headed towards my fifth miscarriage 😣

Hi! I had this last night and actually bled dark red for a bit. I went to my ultrasound today and they saw the gestational sac and the yolk sac as it should be and we should see a baby when we go back Friday if everything is okay! Everyone is definitely different, so call your doctor to check your hcg and progesterone! Sending my prayers to you mama 💗
