LO is almost 11 months and it has been 3 wks that she’s been waking multiple times at night. I’ve taken her to the pediatrician twice for this matter, no ear infection or anything else. I don’t think it’s normal she was only waking up once or some days even none. I think it’s because she started taking only one nap since 7 months which I was told was normal by our pedi, so she would be exhausted with only one nap and sleep all night long!! I loved it!! . She’s still only 1 nap a day but out of the sudden started waking up anywhere from 4-7 times. Pediatrician said it’s normal could be a grow spurt affecting her sleep, or teething. But this long? Any similar stories out there? I’ve given her ibuprofen right before bed recommended by our pedi but doesn’t seem to help, haven’t done it daily tho only some days to see if it would make a difference but nothing! Nothing has chance on her routine. Sleep sleep with dark room,white noise, rocked to sleep, everything is the same. Any advice?
