Sweaty vagina

I work long hours in hot weather and I’m struggling with my vagina getting sweaty and smelly. My vagina is all very tucked in and so when I working there’s not a lot of air flow. I get lots of discharge and sweat mixed together in my underwear. I feel like I’m the only one with this issue. Does anyone have any soloutions?
