Arm & hand numb / swollen

I’m 26 weeks 4 days & I’ve had some trouble with my arm/hand going numb / hurting mainly during the night but now it goes on during the day. I think it could be fluid but has anyone had any issues with that? I’m wondering if it could be carpal tunnel possibly?
