Breastfeeding and Sick 🤢

I'm sick and my baby is breastfed so I have a few questions. Please don't judge me if they're silly, I just want to have a peace of mind.

My breastfed baby should be alright and not contract anything if it happens to be viral, right?

I woke up with a cramping stomach and nausea. Threw up. Now I'm freezing with a low grade temp. I know I'm sick but I don't want to get my 3 month old sick too.

I have breastmilk stored in the freezer if I should use that instead so she's not touching me?

I'm a first time mom and first time getting sick with my baby. So I'm nervous. My baby is fine, she's all smiles and babbles as normal and doesn't seem uncomfortable or has any symptoms. I want to keep it that way 😓.
