Do you let people borrow your hairbrush?

Idk if this sounds like a silly question but I am wondering how everyone feels about sharing a hairbrush if someone comes to visit for a few days should they bring a hairbrush? Or should you be expected to let them borrow yours

I don't like to share. If they need one and don't mind using mine they can use it. But I don't want it back afterwards. They can keep it and I'll buy a new one

NO!!! It's so gross to share hair brushes. Running a brush through your hair leaves the brush with dead skin, dust/dirt, product residue and oil and sebum from scalp. When someone else uses your bursh they are spreading all of that through their hair and getting their own sebum/oil, dead skin and dirt all in your brush that you will then use on your hair.
If you know you're having visitors you should always go to your local Dollar store and buy a few essential toiletries in case they forgotten something. They have brushes, Combs, toothbrushes, deodorant, toothpaste, soaps, razors, lotions, whatever and little baskets you can put it all in. You should always grab basic essentials for guests incase they've forgotten something when they arrive. You never want to lend anything like brushes, razors or deodorant. It's just unhygienic.
