Hi Ladies!

I need help! Serious help!

So I'm currently still working, yet looking for a new job as my current job became difficult with childcare etc..

I went on a couple of interviews and this job I got interviewed for.. it's just great, the pay is good, the benefits are great, it's 3 minutes away from my kid's school, by bike, and a 15 minute bikeride from my home. It's a very socially engaging job. Right up my alley.

But I am doubting. Since the new job is a temporary job. I don't HAVE TO quit my old job, which is permanent. And my new employer can't give me any guarantees in function of staying after because they are fusing with 5 other companies.

I want to accept but I also really do not have the means to fall without a job after the temporary contract is over. Though there is a chance that I get to stay, I don't know if I'll be able to.

My current job also has good pay and benefits etc.. I'd choose this new job because of the location and field of service and hours align well with school hours. and they already called me that they really want me.

What do I do?

my current job's hours will be an actual problem by april, the new job would be temporary until june 30th.. it would give me about 2 months security of income.. I also have a few other jobs lined up that I qualify for but they all are further from home, but allow me to work from home 3/5 days... but they pay better and are indefinite contracts, but I haven't gotten an interview yet so... idk...

Ugh decisions 😅 I don't like making decisions. How do you know which is the right one?
