Neck/shoulder/arm pain

I’m almost 7 weeks and since about 5 weeks I’ve had neck, arm, shoulder, and upper back pain almost like an ache that comes and goes. I know I’m under a lot of stress at work and I feel my shoulders are tense most of the day. Some days it feels like I have the flu other days it’s just a very uncomfortable feeling.

Have any of you experienced this and it not be an ectopic pregnancy? Everything I read is pointing to that and it’s freaking me out. I’ve not had any bad cramps, abdominal pain, or spotting so far. I have an 18 month old I pick up and carry around.
