is this normal??

i’ve been having this really dark brown/red discharge the last couple days. i figured it might’ve been my period since i’ve been slack on my birth control but it’s still really dark brown and very gooey. nothing like my normal blood on my cycle. could this be implantation or is this normal during my cycle??

It’s normal during your cycle. It just looks like old blood and if you’re messing up on the pills it can throw your body off and cause it to do weird things.
Implantation would only take place if you’re ovulating while taking the pill, which you probably aren’t but because you have been messing it up it’s still possible. But implantation is not common and is not this heavy. I hope this helps!
