Symptoms and fitness?
I keep hearing it’s okay to not have symptoms, yet I’m so confused how that’s possible considering our hormones should be going crazy in the 1st trimester..right? My husband is trying to reassure me that it might be because I do workout, have good diet, take all the vitamins, etc.
Do you think diet/fitness/overall health actually make a difference with 1st trimester symptoms?
(It’s my first pregnancy, my first appt is next week and can’t help but hope everything is okay)
