Has anyone ever still gotten pregnant even tho you have the nexplanon birth control implant? PLZ READ

Ive had the nexplanon implant in my arm for about 6 months now and I know it can mess up your period but I’ve always just been bleeding more since I’ve had it to the point I’d bleed for months at a time but it stopped a little over 4 weeks now and I was supposed to start my period 6 days ago and I’ve been having cramps and my boobs are very sore and sensitive and I’ve been more tired than usual. I took a test about 10 days ago before my period was supposed to start and I think it was negative but I still haven’t started yet. Should I take a test or is this normal and I should just wait to see if I start my period?
