Vaccine catch up?

My baby is 5 months old but hasn’t gotten any vaccines since she was a newborn. We had issues with her insurance and it’s now just going through. I’m super worried about how to catch her up on vaccines. Is it safe? will she be okay? How do they do it when she’s behind?

It’ll be fine! My nieces have been getting caught up. They are 3 and 5. My sister didn’t vaccinate them as babies, so my parents have been getting them caught up. It was a lot at first since they missed them all. Your baby has only missed one round maybe two rounds so far so it won’t be too hard to catch up!

You request them to be given like normal. She's just missing her 2 month and 4 month and then she'll have 6 months so make an appointment with her pediatrician immediately to start catch up. I personally would not want my child to have both two and four month vaccines all at the same time but you can discuss with her pediatrician what the best option is to break it up in a few different appointments and maybe by her 6 month vaccines she'll be caught up or have a couple of extra that was supposed to be giving during her four month appointment. 
She will be fine and it's not going to hurt her I just highly advised to not have all of them given at once. I personally would break the two-month and 4 month up into two different rounds and weight 2 weeks between another round. I don't think your pediatrician is going to suggest giving all of them at once either but it should be fine and you'll get her caught up.
